Lip Blush tattoo involves implanting specialised pigment inside the upper dermis layers of the skin through the body of the lips. This is done using a rotary machine to effectively give life back to the lips.
WHAT HAPPENES DURING A LIP BLUSH TATTOO TREATMENT?
Following your detailed, swift consultation and desired expectations being noted. Photos are taken of your existing lips. Your lips are numbed with topical anaesthetic cream. The lip line is carefully marked out with a marking pen. Together, we select your ink shade that best suits you. We then proceed to performing the procedure once you are happy with all. We provide you with aftercare advice and healing ointment to take home as you heal over 7days.

WHAT ARE THE RISKS OF LIP BLUSH TATTOO?
Risks are minimal. Slight redness, swelling or irritation may be experienced that will subside in 48 hours.
WHAT IS THE AFTERCARE FOR LIP BLUSH TATTOO?
Aftercare is 7 days. Aftercare ointment is provided for you to take home and apply to keep skin protected and hydrated. Avoid touching the area with bare fingers until healed and use a cotton bud to apply aftercare cream. Drink hot and cold drinks through a straw. Apply a cold compress wrapped in a clean towel for swelling (do not directly ice the area) Avoid
consuming alcohol or excessive amounts of coffee until healed to prevent excessive dry irritation. Avoid forcing off the scabbing that will form around day 3-4 to prevent pigment loss as this will hinder your results. Avoid; picking, scratching, rubbing, bumping, sleeping on, licking lips, kissing others, exfoliating the area. Avoid hot baths and showers. Avoid using
active ingredient products such as: retinols, peeling agents, AHA. Avoid using makeup and makeup in the area to avoid infection. Avoid having any other cosmetic procedure in the area for two weeks. Change your pillow covers. Avoid strenuous activity that will cause you to sweat, saunas, sunbeds and swimming for 5 days. Avoid direct sun exposure.
