Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

We do not refund for change of mind, if you found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you simply don’t like it or have no use for it! Here’s a closer look.

Cancellations and Refunds for appointments

  • Online booking fee and deposits are non-refundable or transferable due to third party costs
  • Completed treatments & services are non-refundable due to materials/ products used and time taken to carry out the procedure.
  • Treatments purchased from third party sellers are non-refundable due o third party costs
  • We require 3days notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a new appointment charge
  • If you do not show up to your appointment without providing notice the full cost of the treatment will be charged to your card to cover practitioner time, prescription or prescriber costs and product costs purchased on your behalf that day

PRE-PAID TREAMENTS

 

  • Deposits and full course treatments that have been pre-paid are non-refundable or transferable
  • For treatment courses, you will be provided with a pre-booked treatment schedule that we both agree will be performed according to the agreed dates and times. If a pre-booked appointment is cancelled outside the 3day notice period or you do not show up, a £50 admin fee is payable to re-schedule a new pre-booked schedule for you or you risk losing that treatment session entirely
  • Pre-paid appointment schedules must strictly be adhered to in order to prevent hindering treatment results. You agree to these terms upon agreeing to your pre-booked schedule and purchasing it
  • Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the UK Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or rectified within 28 days of the purchase date. We don’t refund for change of mind or because you saw it cheaper somewhere else or you were diagnosed with a medical condition that advises your unsuitability for a product or treatment after your purchase date.
  • Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill are exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you before purchasing
  • In order for us to provide you with a safe and quality service, it is fundamental that you provide all information requested truthfully and accurately in completing consent & medical history forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments & the results. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to closely and realistically work with your therapist on what you can achieve with your treatment. 

PRE-PAID TREATMNETS

  • If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or areas
  • Pre-pays have a 12-month expiry date (2 to 12 treatments)
  • You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

ONLINE BOOKING FEE

  • Appointments booked online through the online Calander are non-refundable due to third party software costs incurred upon your booking whether you changed your mind, made a mistake or found it cheaper elsewhere the fee is non-refundable. When booking an appointment online you agree to these terms
  • Treatments or special offers purchased are not refundable or transferable to other individuals or treatment areas
  • Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the UK Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded.
  • Refund requests must be sent directly to the clinic via email to schonaesthetic@gmail.com. In the case of a treatment adjustment or product dispute we are able to consider rectification or refund if you contact us within 28 days of the purchase of the product or treatment. The clinic may decide, upon review of your written request, whether a refund is required.

Student CPD Course deposits and course purchases

    • Course deposits are non-refundable or transferable
  • Course deposits are not transferable to other individuals or courses
  • Courses purchased are non-refundable
  • Courses purchased and completed are non-refundable
