Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Business (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the supply of services by Schon Aesthetic Limited, trading as Schon Aesthetic. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the contents of other literature provided by Schon Aesthetic to the Patient (“you”), these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- SCHON AESTHETIC’S OBLIGATIONS Â
In providing treatment to you, Schon Aesthetic shall:
Ensure that an appropriately trained Therapist carries out the treatment;
• Satisfy itself that the Therapist holds the necessary qualifications and registrations required for them to practice
• Provide/arrange suitable facilities for the provision of treatment;
• Provide you with such information as you may reasonably require to understand the nature of the treatment being offered and decide whether or not to undergo treatment. As part of this process, we will assess whether a treatment is suitable for you and likely to be successful.
• Endeavour to ensure that your appointment for treatment or consultation occurs on time. Should this not be the case or should there be a need to postpone treatment, Schon Aesthetic will make every effort to contact you in advance.
• Advise you, before any treatment appointment, of any preparation required on your part before that treatment takes place.2. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
• You shall advise Schon Aesthetic of all relevant medical details and medicines prescribed to you by a gp prior to each treatment. Schon Aesthetic will not be held liable for any damage that occurs due to your failure to disclose such information.
• You shall comply with all instructions and recommendations given to you regarding the preparation and care of the treated areas both before and after treatment takes place.
*You present proof of being 18+ with a vald photo ID
* You attend your appointment on time.
• Schon Aesthetic will not take responsibility for the loss or damage of personal goods.
•  You do not bring children or uninvited guests with you within the time of being present in the clinic. Schon Aesthetic shall not be responsible for any injury or harm caused during your visit of children or your guests being on site.
3. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
*Appointment slot times booked are for one person at a time. If you are wanting to book with a friend or family who also wants to be treated, they must book a separate appointment slot. Â We do not do two for one consultations and appointments
• Booking fee £40 is non refundable and redeemable when you purchase a treatment (on your appointment day only)
* Booking fee is non transferable or refundable if you do not go ahead with treatment
*Cancellation/ Re-scheduling notice is 72 hours
* If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before your booking or do not turn up to a appointment the whole treatment value will be charged from your card to cover practitioner time and products purchased for your treatment you did not attend.
• Failure to give 72 hours cancellation notice will result in half the value of the appointment missed by you will be charged to your card.
* If you no show and do not attend your appointment without giving us notice you will be charged for the value of the treatment you scheduled to cover practitioner time and our costs incurred.
• Please note that we have clearly stated on our website price list pages who our treatments are not suitable for and that you should read the suitability statement before booking an appointment to avoid wasting practitioner time. If you are deemed unsuitable on your appointment day you will be charged the full cost of the value of the treatment you booked in for to cover your practitioners time.
- Please arrive at your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that you may complete any necessary paperwork.
• Late arrival time may result in reduced treatment time or the loss of an appointment.
• We askthat you do not bring children and guests to your appointment as we do not take any responsibility for any injury or damages caused to them.
4. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Schon Aesthetic do not use deposits for payment towards any other treatment
- Any deposits not used within 12 months after the payment date will be forfeited.
• You must use all single treatments purchased within 12 months of the date of purchase. The date of purchase is the date of the initial deposit.
•No refund or deposits or payments
- PAYMENTS FOR COURSES OF TREATMENTS
• All treatments purchased as a course (involving several treatment dates) must be paid for in full when booking the first treatment of that course.
• All courses of treatments must be used within 12 months of the initial purchase. The date of purchase is the date of the initial deposit. Where there is a stated clinical need to deliver a package over a longer period than 12 months, the package must be delivered within 24 months.
• Where a course of treatment is to be paid for using a Finance scheme, the finance company will request the funds upon completion of the first treatment.
• Payments for courses arenon refundable for medical reasons.
* Pre booked treatments schedules require a 72 hour notice for reschedule or cancellation. If you cancel a pre booked appointment date in your treatment schedule or do not show up the treatment will be fortified.
* Rearranging a pre booked schedule in 72 hours can only be done once
* A £25 rescheduling fee must be paid to reinstate and reschedule pre booked treatment dates if you candled or rearrange a pre booked schedule in the 72 hours notice period if this is your second time cancelling or rescheduling
- COURSES
* You must complete all pre-study content before attending your course date
* You must arrive on time to your course dressed in salon attire
* You must be salon experienced and level 3 qualified before attending our courses
* You must not Imitate or resell our course content. If you are found to be doing so legal action will be taken and you agree to be liable
* You must not take /video or photos of schon aestheic ltd premises, classes or staff members without there permission or knowledge and you are strictly prohibited from posting such to social media without permission.
- PAYMENT FOR STUDENT COURSES
* Deposits are non refundable for courses you sign up for
* Courses must be paid for in full before the course commences
8. OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms and conditions will exclude or limit Schon Aesthetic Limited liability for injury resulting from Schon Aesthetic’s negligence.
• Schon Aesthetic limited will not be liable for any damage from your failure to disclose all relevant medical details or not following aftercare instructionsprovided.
• Schon Aesthetic limited will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including without limitation, loss of profit) or any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to you.
9.COMPLAINTS
Schon Aesthetic Limited aims to provide the best possible service and care to you when delivering a consultation or treatment. In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of the service provided, you should speak to the appropriate clinic manager or their designated deputy as soon as possible via Email :schonaesthetic@gmail.com
10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
• Schon Aesthetic Limited processes data relating to Clients in connection with the procedure provided to those Clients in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Schon Aesthetic Limited wishes to disclose data relating to Clients to Clinicians and Technicians in the course of the procedure, and the Clients’ consent to such disclosure is considered essential to the procedure. The client is deemed to consent to the disclosure of sensitive personal data by Schon Aesthetic Limited to Clinicians and Technicians for the purposes of discussing the Client’s Procedure.
• The Client acknowledges that Schon Aesthetic Limited is obtaining this consent for itself to comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018. Other than these disclosures or as required by a court of competent jurisdiction, Schon Aesthetic Limited will not disclose Clients’ sensitive personal data to third parties.
11. NO VARIATION
There can be no variation or exceptions to these Terms and Conditions unless agreed in writing and countersigned by the Clinic Director of Schon Aesthetic Limited.
12. LEGAL JURISDICTION Â
These Terms and Conditions and the services provided by Schon Aesthetic Limited and representatives shall be governed by the laws of England, Scotland and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. PHOTOGRAPHY/ VIDEO & MARKETING MATERIAL
• The client acknowledges that Schon Aesthetic Limited will take before and after photographs of the area to be treated.
• The photos shall be saved and recorded on our electronic system and the client details to evidence the effectiveness of the treatment administered.
* Photos and images will be shared to social media and used for marketing purposes with clents signed consent and their name will not be mentioned.

POLICY
The care, protection and safety of our students, trainers and models guide the design of Schon aesthetic ltd courses. Schon aesthetic Ltd methods of learning are central to the preparation of any cosmetic practitioner and the existing clinical knowledge and skills of student practitioners
Our one & or two day courses involve online, pre-study material, practical and assessment. This is necessary in order to affirm a practitioner’s competence, indemnity insurance, clinical limitation, proficiency and safety to practise any specific aesthetic modality.
At Schon aesthetic Ltd our courses are designed to meet the standards and guidelines of the JCCP 2022, HEE and the awarding certifying body CPD
The list below is to help you fully understand what is being offered when participating in our courses
- This is a CPD accredited qualification of further learning supported by a professional bodyÂ
- Â Your course will clearly state learning aims, outcomes and objectivesÂ
- Â You must meet the selection, admission and progression criteria by e.g., qualifications, experience, compliance and meet the expectations and attend your chosen course
- Â The length of your course can be one or two days long with a week of pre-study
- Â Training in conformity with the knowledge and competency standards for each treatment modality as set out in the JCCP/CPSA Competency Framework, 2018Â
- Â Training in compliance with the JCCP published Levels that accord with the HEE Education and Training Standards for Non-Surgical Cosmetic TreatmentsÂ
- Transparency on the cost of the complete course from initial security deposit to the point of the first course day; including assessment costs, certification costs and any other direct and indirect costs for e.g, course materials, payment of models, variable costs directly related to the student. The refund policy regarding course purchases and deposits are published on the website: www.schonaesthetic.com should for example, a student withdraw from the course. Timing of any payments, and acceptable methods of payment can be cited on the website.
- Â The location of the course will clearly be stated on all marketing materials and directly to the student
- Â Confirmation of the qualifications and experience of teachers and assessors will be stated to all studentsÂ
- Â Approach to assessment process will be communicated to all students

The Learning aims outcomes
At Schon aesthetic Ltd our CPD Accreditation courses are designed to equip students to practise safely, competently and effectively within the currently unregulated aesthetic sector and courses are provided as part of continuous professional development (CPD) which are designed to update and refresh practitioner skills following the completion of their existing initial qualification.Â
The objective
Our CPD courses are designed to enhance, refresh and update knowledge, skills and to strengthen competency throughout your working practice life and are unsuitable for those with no prior experience and initial training in the field of aesthetics.Â

Course entry requirements
The requirements for entry to enrol on our courses are:
- Level 3 beauty therapy VTCT or equivalent
- Semi permanent makeup artists
The assessment process
Upon securing a training placement, student will receive pre- study material to study at home via email and is required to bring a printed copy with them on the practical training day(s)Â
Course costs
An initial non refundable placement holding deposit fee is required to hold your space on the course. The remaining balance is payable in full on the first day of your course before it commences. Payment options are credit card or direct bank transfer
Value for money
We offer extra days of training at no extra cost should you require further support and practice. We offer a supported group chat service where all our students can communicate easily with us and each other, should you have any further questions or require further support or advice. If students prefer not to utilise the group chat service option, they can communicate directly with their trainer
